THERE ARE SEVEN MAIN CHAKRAS
According to traditional Indian medicine and some spiritual practices, there are seven main chakras (energy centres) within the body, . The word “chakra” comes from the Sanskrit word for “wheel,” which refers to the spinning energy vortexes that are believed to exist at specific locations within the human body.

CHAKRAS ARE SPINNING ENERGY CENTRES
Each of the seven main chakras is believed to be associated with specific physical, emotional, and spiritual qualities, as well as with a corresponding color, element, and sound frequency.
It is believed that the energy within these chakras can become blocked or imbalanced, leading to physical, emotional, or spiritual problems. Practices such as yoga, meditation, and energy healing are used to balance and harmonize the chakras and promote overall well-being.
The chakras are seven energy centres that are situated along the spine and are said to correspond to different aspects of physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Starting from the base of the spine and moving up to the top of the head, the seven chakras are:
- Root Chakra (Muladhara) – located at the base of the spine, associated with the color red, the earth element, and the sound frequency “LAM”. It is believed to be associated with survival, grounding, and stability.
- Sacral Chakra (Svadhisthana) – located in the lower abdomen, associated with the color orange, the water element, and the sound frequency “VAM”. It is believed to be associated with creativity, sexuality, and pleasure.
- Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura) – located in the upper abdomen, associated with the color yellow, the fire element, and the sound frequency “RAM”. It is believed to be associated with personal power, self-esteem, and willpower.
- Heart Chakra (Anahata) – located at the center of the chest, associated with the color green, the air element, and the sound frequency “YAM”. It is believed to be associated with love, compassion, and forgiveness.
- Throat Chakra (Vishuddha) – located in the throat, associated with the color blue, the ether element, and the sound frequency “HAM”. It is believed to be associated with communication, self-expression, and creativity.
- Third Eye Chakra (Ajna) – located in the center of the forehead, associated with the color indigo, the light element, and the sound frequency “OM”. It is believed to be associated with intuition, spiritual awareness, and psychic abilities.
-
Crown Chakra (Sahasrara) – located at the top of the head, associated with the color violet, the thought element, and the sound frequency “AH”. It is believed to be associated with spirituality, higher consciousness, and enlightenment.

CHAKRAS AND KUNDALINI ENERGY
Kundalini energy is believed to be a powerful spiritual energy that lies dormant at the base of the spine in the Root Chakra. When awakened, it travels up through the chakras, ultimately reaching the Crown Chakra, and bringing about a state of spiritual enlightenment.
The flow of Kundalini energy through the chakras is often described as a coiled serpent rising up through the chakras. As the Kundalini energy rises, it passes through each chakra, clearing and balancing it, and unlocking its spiritual potential.
As the Kundalini energy reaches each chakra, it activates it, bringing forth the qualities and energies associated with that chakra. For example, when the Kundalini energy reaches the Heart Chakra, it activates the energies of love, compassion, and forgiveness.
However, it is important to note that the awakening of Kundalini energy can be a powerful and transformative experience, and it is not something to be taken lightly.

CHAKRASSAGE BODYWORK
Chakrassage is a technique developed by Aleena Aspley, a Sexological Bodyworker based in Brisbane, Australia.
The Chakrassage technique is designed to awaken the seven chakras using specific bodywork touch techniques to enhance the flow of Kundalini sexual energy, accompanied with arousal to achieve heightened states of orgasmic consciousness.
Aleena’s Chakrassage Bodywork technique involves using the chakras as energy centres to channel Kundalini sexual energy, resulting in an upwards auric orgasm explosion, which Aleena has named a Luminous Energy Orgasm.
Aleena Aspley incorporates Chakrassage as one of the main techniques in her Yoni Whisperer and Lingam Whisperer Bodywork therapies.
The Yoni Whisperer Bodywork and Lingam Whisperer Bodywork therapies are designed to provide individuals with a safe and nurturing space to explore their sexuality, release past traumas, and awaken their sexual energy.
The Chakrassage technique used in these therapies aims to awaken the seven chakras, which are believed to be energy centers that govern different aspects of our physical, emotional, and spiritual selves.
By incorporating Chakrassage in her therapies, Aleena aims to help individuals achieve a deeper connection with their bodies and unlock their full sexual potential.
